Eagle Ford Fall Fling 5th Annual Cancer Walk & BBQ Cook Off
Registration for the Cancer Walk will be $25 and will include a T-shirt. Registration forms are available here. Print and bring your registration fee ($25) into the Chamber office or Style Shop by Friday, October 6th to be guaranteed a T-Shirt.
T-Shirt sizes are not guaranteed with late registration.
Teams interested in the BBQ Cook Off can call the Chamber office for details. The entry fee will be $150 for a six member team with the categories of Brisket, Chicken, Pork Ribs, Fajitas, and Beans. Teams can enter any or all of the categories. There will be First, Second, and Third places for winners in each category and one trophy will be awarded for Showmanship of the BBQ spaces. Deadline for entry and payment in full must be received no later than 10/06/2017. Registration forms are available here.
Registration for Vendor spaces is also available with prices ranging from $35 for a 12x12 space and $70 for a 12x24 space. $10 charge for electrical hookup.
